How to Hold Your Center in Tumultuous Times

 As I am writing this blog my angels are tapping me on the shoulder. They tell me that I myself can learn from this channeled message about how to stay centered.

In the past few months I have found it extremely difficult to stay in my center and stay physically and emotionally balanced. How about you?

The earth energies are changing, the magnetic grid is changing, we are being re-wired. our DNA is changing, the whole universe is changing… and we are supposed to stay calm in all this upheaval? We are supposed to be calm and collected when everything around us is in flux? For those who are empaths like me and who can feel the birthing of our new earth, who are thrown left and right and upside down and who come up for a breath of air every few days or so – hold on to the knowing that all is as it should be. We are exactly where we are supposed to be at this very moment. We all signed up for this time, we all shouted: Yes! I want to be part of this! when we decided to be born into this day and age. We are the ones who signed up to be part of this birthing process, all old souls, all lightbringers, all healers and wise ones.

So now that we accept and acknowledge the fact that it was a conscious choice to be here at this time, let’s release the fear, let’s release anxiety over changing times, over a climate that is changing drastically, over bad news that seem to say it’s getting worse, not better. In truth, it’s looking like it’s getting worse, because now that we have access to what is happening all over the world seconds after it happens – and let’s admit that news nowadays is bad news, news of disasters, homicide, economic crahses – and yet, it’s good news in a way. It is the releasing of old energy, of old habits and thought patterns, of old ways of doing things that were out of alignment, out of integrity. The new earth sheds all that cannot ascend to the new level whare earth is heading. Everything out of balance must go. No wonder it looks like someone lifted a stone ans bad things are crawling into the sunlight. The light now shines into dark, hidden places. Secrets hidden away now come to the surface. But as the light shines upon them they disappear, they cannot stand to be in the light and they must go.

The same is happening with old beliefs, with old thought patterns, old habits. That which is not of the light must go. Take the time to let memories come up, even if they are painful, even if shame arises,  or guilt. Look at them, feel them, let them be disintegrated in the light, let them go. Feel how you feel after you have allowed yourself to release them – do you not feel lighter? Let go of the emotional baggage. Forgive yourself and forgive others. You cannot ascend with the baggage, it will bog you down, so allow yourself to look at these old feelings that you stored away. Allow them to come up, feel them briefly and then send them on. (We the angels will help remove them, ask us and we will be there for you to assist.)

Many of us have also gone through some difficult physical challenges. Strange sleep patterns, tiredness, digestive problems, aches and pains, migraines, just to mention a few symptoms. As we are being rewired, as our DNA changes to accept the new, higher frequencies, our bodies need some time to adjust. The best way to cope is to allow yourself to rest when you are tired, eat fresh organic foods and drink lost of pure, energized water. Water is also the universal healer, you can bless it before your drink it and take showers or baths to energize you and cleanse you after you have been outside your home. Make your home your sanctuary, create ceremony to bless it and to create your sacred space where your can renew and rejuvenate yourself.

Make it a habit to take time out, listen to good music, have a walk in nature. Learn to breathe deeply and consciously. See yourself bathed in white light and again – ask your angels and spirit guides to cleanse and protect you.

We are here and we are the Archangels. We come in Love and in Service and we send you Blessings.

What will the New Year bring?

Thank God that we have now entered the New Year, the new energy of 3.
I do not know about you (but I have a feeling) but this past year has been full of challenges in all areas of my life. I also was able to close many chapters and release old beliefs. How about you? Have you let go of who you thought you were?
Actually, who we think we are is often a reflection of what other people think. We give ourselves labels. I am an American. I am a Christian. I am a woman, a mother, a teacher, a skiier, a football-fan, a movie lover, etc. We also attach our energy to who we work for, we become a member of the belief structure of that company, department. We create an arc into the group energy and create within that group. There is nothing wrong with that as long as you are – at least sometimes – able to remember who you truly are. The labels we give ourselves are temporary. We ourselves are eternal. We have played in many bodies, have acted out many roles. And not just on this planet! Choose to feel into who you truly are and get to know your Higher Self.
So, who will you decide to be this year? Will you create a new identity, one that is self-determined? Will you check in and be quiet and listen to your heart?
Know that your heart will always guide you. It is just that we allow our mind to run the show. Allow the heart to communicate with the mind and guide the mind into a heart-driven direction. This does not mean to let your emotions run you. Your emotions are a guidance system and not a decision maker. Your emotions will let you know when you are in sync with who your really are. If you feel bad, you have seperated yourself from the happiest, highest idea of who you are. If you feel good you are going in the direction of your true purpose. This is worth a whole new page, so stay tuned for more of this.
Have you set your New Year resolutions? Know that in this new, highly creative energy, it is wise to only define what you want in general, not too specific. Remember to ask for this… or better. And stay in the happiest place you can be in to allow your creations to come to you.
Choose love always, throughout this new year. Be Love.
There is great wisdom in love. This wisdom comes from the heart, where your God-Self resides. Go into the feeling of love. If you have children, feel your love for your child. If you have a pet, feel your love for the dog, the cat. Stay in this feeling of love. Let your heart-wisdom guide you. If you had to make a decision to help a loved one, would not your heart guide you to make the right choice? You would know what to do.
Practice staying in the feeling of love more and more, every day. This will allow your heart to open more. As you learn to listen to your heart you can let your brain organ relax. Have trust, have faith that you are never alone and that there are higher beings, angels if you wish, around you and ready to communicate. Start listening to that guidance.
And choose to make this the happiest year of your life!

Be the Master of Your Life

We are looking up to the ascended masters, acknowledging their wisdom, their love and peaceful insight. Have we not all wanted to be like those masters? Who is your favorite? Whose teachimgs do you resonate with? Is it our beloved master Jesus, is it Mary Magdalene, Kuan Yin, Saint Germain, Kuthumi?

Know that you all can become masters. Masters of your own life, your own universe. All it takes is to want it and to walk towards this goal. Masterhood requires some discipline. Discipline of thought, word and action. And most of all it requires Love. Self-love.

Self-love is expressed through self respect and self reliance. Learn to honor and respect yourself and you will draw honor and respect from others. Love yourself and you will attract love from others. You are creators. You create from the inside out. That which you hold in your mind will reflect outward and show up in your experience.

What is it you want to be, do or have? Be clear about your intentions, be clear about what you want to show up in your life. Let go of the programs that have been running you. Let go of what others think and expect of you. Find your essence, find who you truly are. The only way to become clear about who you truly are and what you want is to become quiet and go inside. Meditation is a wonderful process to quieten your mind. Meditating does have many forms. I love to meditate by walking in nature, letting thoughts come and go, learning to ’see’ the world with the eyes of spirit. Letting go of judgement, of the sense of time, to just be.

The more quiet, the more peaceful we become, the more peaceful becomes our life. The less drama we pay attention to, the less drama we will attract. Learn to detach a bit from what goes on all around you. Watch less TV news, read less about the woes of the world. You can not alter it when you read and listen to it. It has already happened. By you feeling bad, feeling shock, sorrow and grief no one is served. You can help this world, this planet by feeling good. By thinking good, hopeful, loving thoughts. By loving yourself and loving others. By holding the perfect vision of peace and community in this world. This is how you create a better world. This is how you project out and hold the vision of heaven on earth. This is the work to be done. By changing yourself, by changing your thoughts and what you pay attention to, you can change this world to become better, more loving, more peaceful, more balanced. You have to start with yourself.

Make the decision today to become the best you can be. And remember: Self-love, Self-reliance, Self-respect. Let this be your mantra for today.

Is this loving of myself?

We promised ‘the next step’. and here it is.

Start taking account of times when you make decisions that are beneficial to others but make you feel as if you just made a sacrifice. Did you listen to a friend for two hours on the phone, even if your were tired and wanted to keep it short? Did you work all day, prepare a meal, put away dishes, run some laundry, answer some emails, pay some bills and then you can’t sleep because you are thinking of all the things to do the next day? You get the picture. We can hear you say ‘yes’. So let us ask you: How much time have you given that day to loving yourself? You have oput others before you all day. How much time have you spent taking care of YOU? Your needs, your desires? Oh, you consider that selfish? Let us tell you that being selfish is not to be confused with taking good care of yourself. If you neglect to love yourself, to nurture yourself, pretty soon you will not even know anymore what you need. It is a false belief that we have to put others first.

We tell you here that if everybody would listen to their own needs, give care to themselves first and then to others, people would be emotionally healthier. They would not need to ’steal’ energy from each other. There would be less manipulating, because now you have to manipulate others to give you what you don’t give yourself, you see?

So here is what we suggest: Make one day a week, for a few hours, ‘your day’. Do what YOU want to do. You want to go dance? See a movie? Go for a long walk in nature? Do it. You want to just have quiet time, take a bath, read a book or magazine, listen to your favorite music? Do it. You want to have ice cream? Do it. Pretend you are a child and it’s your birthday. Do it. Do it. Do it.

If for a week, you can’t get these hours for yourself, it’s ok to skip once in a while, but make sure you do it the next week. You can only skip once a month. Start honoring you and your needs. Start this week.

Get Answers to Your Questions

 Does it seem to you that time is speeding up?  Are there not enough hours in a day to get things done? Our connection to telephone, email, facebook, twitter, messaging, skype, radio and television bombards us with information. And so we can’t hear that still inner voice that is only audible when you are being quiet, sitting still for a moment.

Do we know any more what WE want? We re-act all day to demands put upon us. We listen all day to the people surrounding us, we need the bills to be paid, the boss to be pleased, the children to be fetched, the friends to be listened to. We become overwhelmed, we become tired, we loose contact with our ‘inner being’.

How do you get from re-active to pro-active? How do you become the master of your life, the creator of your hopes and dreams?

Today we will give you the first step. To start creating that which you want instead of that which you don’t want, you need to spend more time thinking, feeling, dreaming about the things you want. If you can accept that you are the creator of your own reality, you are almost ready for a home run. Once you accept this responsibility, all you need are a few tools to help you in the creation of the life of your dreams. The frst task is to find an hour or two in a quiet space. It can be your bedroom, a bench in a park, a church, wherever you can go without people interrupting you. Take a piece of paper and a pen with you. Sit down, close your eyes.  Take a few nice deep breaths. If you were the creator of your life experience, what would you create? How would you live, what kind of job would you have, how would you spend your days? Pretend you are alone in the universe for a moment. You do not have to care for others. What would you do? Only think of you for a moment. Think about a glorious life, a life well lived, a life that would make you utterly happy.

Spend at least a half hour just playfully dreaming up a beautiful life, and then write some of it down. Have fun with it.
